A bit about me
I'm an engineering student with a few ideas about how were can make things better.
I specialise in renewables but also work doing more general engineering stuff with two engineering charities (www.ewb-uk.org and engineeraid.com).
I also volunteer with a kids group up here in Edinburgh and get beaten a squash. lots.
Combine that with the multiple injuries from climbing accidents, snowboarding falls and drunken escapades and its a wonder I'm still alive at all....
My thoughts on the weekend
LBV lectures was great - my first time in Wales, and even if I turned up late I still managed to get to know a few of you - esp. the guys on the misty journey back to England....Sorry I missed you in Carlise David - but with that bag it was a nightmare!
I was surprised how approachable, interesting and professional the speakers were - its only a pity I missed the first day....roll on those podcasts!
