A bit about me
Hello.
I have just been employed by a little known charity called The Green Corridor. We aim to improve all of the green space in West London, a huge challenge, especially as we have little money to go on promoting the charity as well as engaging the community. We choose chat over media promotion; working on promoting the Green Corridor through word-of-mouth and referrals of good work. We don't shout about our achievements, but rather quietly get along with changing the face of London.
Of an evening I like to make films and write books for children. Which makes me a very busy bee indeed. But i still have time for a spot of Frisbee in the park!
My thoughts on the weekend
Hmm..... what a weekend!
Lots of inspiration and motivation floating around, which was visible to all. But moreover it was the collective which really iced that cake. Not only surrounding yourself with like-minded folk, but immersing yourself in the 'Just Do It' mentality. The weekend has left me in a state of calm, rather than feeling that I should be frantically doing everything to change the world. I feel that just doing a few things well is just as good, if not better. LBV was a wonderful experience and i look forward to the future collaborations, and naked cycling, which are to come.
This quiet little movement really is supercool.
