A bit about me
that is probably the most wretch-making photo of me ever. and all the funnier for it (i like to look on the bright side). I'm a one-stop shop for all your food queries: I work in a think tank championing sustainable food and farming, I set up farmers' markets in Brighton, and why do we import Braeburns from New Zealand when over 2000 varieties of spple can be grown in the UK?
I also have a first in law, write ethical articles for magazines, am about to set up a website, do a lot of yoga and deep water aerobics with the grannies and one day would like to be on Newsnight. And learn to breakdance.
My thoughts on the weekend
Epic. Fantasmagorical. I've done a surprising amount in my 21 years, travelled, hitchhiked and trodden through continents and warzones. Whoever thought my most inspiring moments would take place in a teepee in Wales?
